The scars will not go away, unless you have reconstructive surgery on your face. The only other option is an oil based concealer, and powder. That will make them less noticeable, but it will not take the blemishes away.

Unfortunately, the scars will never go away, but you can get them to fade faster. You can either use that new scar removal system or start using a home microdermabrasion set every other day. Make sure you aren't mixing brands on your face. If you use a certain brand of face wash, make sure you use the same brand of microdermabrasion. I have had lots of luck making people's skin smoother with Mary Kay. You can order some at marykay.com/tarahschoell, or you can just go there for some good advice.

I am 54 years old and still have issues with acne. Sometimes, we just don't outgrow things like most of the world. Anyway,, talk to your Doc. They have Rx's that they can give you. A good dermatologist might be best. I take a low dose of an antibiotic to keep mine in check. However, diet and stress contribute a lot to my acne. Good Luck! On the plus side, I don't look my age. I contribute it to my oily skin. I don't have wrinkles on my face because my face is oily. :-)

Drink plenty of water. Water makes the skin moisturised, softens and healthy. Evening prime rose oil and vitamin E found in wheat germ, eggs, nuts and seeds will helps the skin to get ride of acne and makes healthy skin. Wash face thoroughly at least trice a day. 100 gms of banana provides only 0.3 gms of fat.

For the Acne I use Arbone and that works you can check it out online, It is pricey but it works, some say that proactive works but the stuff they use in that can irritate your skin, I am not sure about the scarves, you should contact a derma for that.
