Nope. Prophecies are purposefully ambiguous to allow those who wish to believe in them to do so.

well, just for the heck of it, King Cyrus was named 400 years before he was borne.

As modern yes,
1. The preaching work is being carried out world wide,
2. The accumulation of Wars, Famines, Diseases, Natural Weather have been increasing, not that they have not been, but there have not been to the scale of catstaphore and at the same time as all others. that has not happened on a world wide scale as it is today.
3. The attitude of families, having no natural affection. Society is breaking down,

4. The prophecy of War in heaven and Satan being hurled down to the earth. If you were to count the number of years in the book of Daniel from 607 BCE when Jerusalem was destroyed, to the year 1914 you would have the exact number of days counted to 1914. This is important because that is when WWI began. Since that time the entire world has gotten progressively worse, which is a bible prophecy.

so there are many others, but these i feel are some of the main ones.

Sure, here are some really striking ones from a modern-day prophet, Joseph Smith:

D&C 87: 1, (written on Dec 25, 1832)
1 Verily, thus saith the Lord concerning the wars that will shortly come to pass, beginning at the rebellion of South Carolina, which will eventually terminate in the death and misery of many souls;

D&C 130: 12 (written on April 2, 1843)
12 I prophesy, in the name of the Lord God, that the commencement of the difficulties which will cause much bloodshed previous to the coming of the Son of Man will be in South Carolina.

No, just merely recycled prophecies or those so vague that they can be interpreted to fit just about any generation...no different than other religious non-christian prophecies.

I love Ed Babinski http://www.secweb.org/index.aspx?action=viewAsset&id=86 , he does an excellent job at debunking so called "fulfilled" prophecies. Of course, really all that is needed is reading the bible in context, that in itself is enough to debunk the bible. :-)

For the guy that posted the Isaiah scriptures...sorry buddy, that everlasting peace has not been achieved, let alone never stopped. Prophecy null and void within the "proof" text itself. Besides that, the "Servant" in the Isaiah scripture quoted refers to Israel. You can't have "servent" referring to Israel in prior chapters and suddently hit one and switch it to "a" man. Here is a link from a Jewish site that debunks Isaiah 53 http://www.torahatlanta.com/articles/Debunking%20Isaiah%20&%20Daniel.htm

(Isaiah 45:1-6) This is what Jehovah has said to his anointed one, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have taken hold of, to subdue before him nations, so that I may ungird even the hips of kings; to open before him the two-leaved doors, so that even the gates will not be shut: 2 “Before you I myself shall go, and the swells of land I shall straighten out. The copper doors I shall break in pieces, and the iron bars I shall cut down. 3 And I will give you the treasures in the darkness and the hidden treasures in the concealment places, in order that you may know that I am Jehovah, the One calling [you] by your name, the God of Israel. 4 For the sake of my servant Jacob and of Israel my chosen one, I even proceeded to call you by your name; I proceeded to give you a name of honor, although you did not know me. 5 I am Jehovah, and there is no one else. With the exception of me there is no God. I shall closely gird you, although you have not known me, 6 in order that people may know from the rising of the sun and from its setting that there is none besides me. I am Jehovah, and there is no one else.

Cyrus was a King of Persia who Jehovah God used to conquer the ancient city of Babylon [ in present day Iraq] . The city was regarded as impregnable, but Cyrus diverted the Euphrates River and his soldiers gained access to the city by means of a double door close to the riverbed that had been mistakenly left unlocked. The final result is that the King of Babylon died that night, Cyrus gained a lot of treasure and all the captive Jews were released to find their way back to Israel after a period of seventy years as slaves of the Babylonians. The prophecy actually named Cyrus over 100 years before the actual event. Cyrus was used as a 'tool' by God to free his chosen people, the Jews.

All the prophecies in the bible have come true and are coming true, just look around you at the state of mankind. The bible says that in this time there will be unbelievers, mockers, people walking after their own lusts, deceivers, disobedient to parents, without natural affection, hows that for prophecies coming true, its really easy to see that unless you refuse to look.

Read the book of Revelation and read your newspaper. Then compare them side by side, especially concerning Jerusalem, and the Middle east.

The book of Daniel and Ezekiel has more on prophecy then Revelation. You can use those books also.

why do you think prophesies fulfilled 2000 years ago cannot be proven? Do you not accept the science of archeology?
Weird.
