there is a guy that i like and we have only been knowing each other for 2 weeks or so but i really like his personality and how cool we are with each other i need to know how i can tell him.

I think the best way you can give him the hint that you like him is to just be upfront with him. Ask him what he's doing this weekend. Tell him there's a good movie that you want to see. Or tell him you want to do something that interests you and that you'd like to know if he would be interested. Maybe then things will click ;)
