You find someone you feel safe with and you talk to them about that person in your head. And that mean everything.Then when that person come you stop and you think about the other person you felt safe with. Or you could go to a doctor and they will put you on some med that may work or may not but at lease you are to busy.for that person to be their. And if you only have it when you go to bed then you need to think of something safe and warm

I will tell you what worked for me. Negative re-enforcement. Wear a rubber band around your wrist and any time you think of that person you must pull the rubber band against your skin hard and let go. Also try writing a letter to the person telling them all your thoughts and then shred it. Good luck.
