Firstly its not the water that will lose weight, It will assist you in making your organs function to their full ability, It will also make you feel fuller so you wont want to eat as much. The best thing is to drink 2 litres over the day having a glass before each meal. Good luck and dont rush it, Rome wasnt built in a day.

The Government reccomendation is 2 litres a day. I find that this is sufficent however if you have lots of weight to lose i would suggest you drink up to 3 litres. Dont over do it though as drinking excess water (over 6 or 7 litres) can lead to a condition called water intoxication, affecting parts of your brain. you may also get muscle cramps as the salt levels in your blood will be too diluted threrfore causing the cramps.
Water can help weight loss by filling you up and also aiding digestion. it will also make your skin better and you will feel much healthier. Sip throughout the day and dont gulp half a litre down at a time. you can also use sugar free cordials to make the ater go down a little easier. be prepared to go to the loo lots on your first few days...your body will get used to it though soon enough......good luck!

Drinking water is just a way to fill you up so you don't eat as much, it wont make you loose weight per say. You should aim to drink 2 litres a day to keep your body hydrated. Herbal teas with no sugar/milk etc. can also contribute to your fluid intake for some variation. Try not to drink alot during meal times as this will dilute the digestive enzymes in the stomach. Sip throughout the day instead.
Good luck

I drink about 2 litre's a day.
I find the detox one that Tesco sell work as it suppresses your appetite and tastes nice and refreshing, it contains cranberry which is good for you.
I have lost over a stone and half since June with the help of this water.
Good luck.

Aprox 2 litres, spaced out through the day. Of course, this must be combined with exercise & sensible diet in order to lose weight. Good luck - you can do it!

Drinking water wont lose the weight, you have to stop eating crap food as well. Water will make you fill full and suppress your appetite. Try to eat regular healthy meals also.

Here is the guideline concerning water. I am in the States so I will try to make the conversions. For every pound (US) or .45 kg of your weight, you need to drink 1/2 ounce or 14.8 ml of water.
Example: If you 200 pounds (US) or 14.28 stones (90.7 kg), you will need to drink 100 ounces (US) or almost 3 liters of water.
If I can be of further assistance, let me know.
