Try organic fruits or vegetables. Also you can buy natural and organic cookies, crackers and chips. The healthiest snack, is to stay away for chemicals, additives, and preservatives. Check out this site that has great info on healthy nutrition, they also have some recipes that change monthly.

Veggies, yogurt, beef jerky, granola, go to somewhere like Whole Foods or Harrys Market, or Trader Joes and look around. Also Amazon.com now has a natural foods section, you can get some ideas there.

Never forget google is your friend

we used to have a sweet drawer at work, but we felt bad, so filled it with grapes, cherries, nuts and raisins. Perfect to munch on through-out the day. Or make some oatmeal biscuits and take them in. Homemade are loads healthier than shop bought.

I make myself a fruit salad with cantalope, grapes, strawberries, blueberries etc. Then I put low fat or fat free whip cream on it. Cottage cheese, I get a small container and keep it at work. Trail mix, granola bars, dried cereal, pretzels. Hope this helps.
