I was browsing through the religion and spirituality section and listening to the radio. What song should come on but "Your own personal Jesus" by Johnny Cash.
Do you think this is a sign?

It's a sign that you are bored and just looking for things to do on Yahoo Answers, or avoiding whatever you need to do to get going..( as I'm doing right now, too!) It's definitley a sign for us to pry ourselves away from Y.A. and the computer, and go do something useful!
Bye now!

Johnny Cash????? That's kind of sad.

I knew some punkish group did it, and I absolutely looooove the MM version.

Anyway, I doubt it was a sign. After all, you were in a store that likely sells music, so a song coming on probably doesn't mean much.

But if it makes you feel good to think it was a sign, then go for it!

It would probably be a sign for Martin Gore to sue Johnny Csah estate for royalties

No it's just a song. Marilyn Manson and Depeche Mode have done it also.

Sorry folks but in the words of Sigmund Freud "sometimes a cigar is just a cigar".

Could be...especially since I do not recall Johnny Cash ever singing that song.

It's whatever you want it to be. But what would it be a sign for? It's not very mysterious if you ask me. It's a popular song.

It could be. If nothing else, treat it as if it was, and spend the time looking for Jesus. Doing so won't harm you any more than spending a few moments of your life looking for the greatest gift to have ever existed.
