We live in Rockville, MD and I'm looking for someone to come to the school to do a presentations about exotic birds or any birds, and bring some birds with him.

Why don't you contact the nearest zoo? No better place for a bird expert with their own birds than at the zoo.

Our local zoo in Nashville, Tennessee has a wonderful exotic bird outdoor show they present that's very popular with all ages. There is a small amphitheater for the visitors and the handlers bring the birds out and talk about them and let them fly around over the audience. It is fascinating and what a great field trip it is for kids. Perhaps your nearest zoo has something similar. You could ask.

Try a nearby zoo or any nearby college. You're going to have to make lots of phone calls. Also, if there it a pet store you might want to check it out there as well.
Experts love to talk about their field, so you will be able to find someone to do it... maybe even for "free".
