Is there any meat left on it? I reckon it'd take me about an hour to get to the Knowsley Expressway from where I am, but I don't want to waste my journey.

The local roadways agency, commonly known as the dead dog squad. They are responsible for the clearing of any debris on the highway, be it animal carcasses or remains of an accident.

It has been decided by local government that the task of clearing up road kill should be left to the magpies that dwell in the area.

Local council but I suspect they already know its ther. It costs money to pick it up and councils always tell you they have no money! so the foxes ravens ect will end up doing the job lol
