You don't say why. Unlike tradcobdriver (and the rest) I am not going to jump to the conclusion that you wish to put your elderly parents away. It could be that you are seeking work (that's my guess), or even undertaking research.

There are seven care homes in Eastleigh:

Fleming House (run by Hampshire County Council)
Godfrey Olsen House, Flats 1-4 (run by a voluntary organisation, as a non-profit making business)
Highfield House (run by Hampshire County Council)
Home Park Nursing Home (privately owned)
John Darling Mall (run by Hampshire County Council)
Southview (privately owned)
Stoke Knoll Rest Home (privately owned)

Call Social Services who will provide you with a list of all registered homes in the area. It's also a good idea, as Jude suggested, to speak to several care workers, ask them which they'd take their elderly relative to and they'll tell you the good, the bad and the ugly...and they're usually right! Get as much info as you can, visit at least twice at different times of day, and ask other visitors if you can (discreetly, of course!).

if you email me, I will speak to my good friend who is a carer in Portswood, just outside Eastleigh, she goes as far as St Deny's I think, and into town, but not as far up as Eastleigh. I will ask her for some names and addressess if you get stuck.

Why?? Did your parents not look after you when you were a child come what may?? I would love to have the opportunity to repay my parents by looking after them in their old age. People may go on about asians and jamaicans, but at least they have family values.

Don't be so selfish. How much did they give up to look after and bring you up.
