Amen.

Look at the Pharisees. They are probably the most morally upright people to have walked the earth... at least in their own eyes. Yet Jesus called them, in essence, the children of Satan.

If I were Satan, if I could get a person to believe they can be a good person without them accepting Jesus' sacrifice, and to believe their mass amount of good deeds outweighs their few bad deeds, then that'd be one of the first tricks I'd use. It instills a sense of self-pride... to make them think "I'm a good person, God will judge me on my good deeds, and see that I'm worthy of heaven", but never let them realize that "my greatest of deeds are but a filthy rag to God".

If I could get a person to be so self-righteous, that they honestly think that they're a good person, then my work would be done.

Thank God I'm not Satan.

Truly a thought compelling little tidbit, my friend. Satan is against ANYTHING that brings us closer to God. Satan tries to isolate us through deception and pick us off one by one in our weakness. As far as the "good morals" of Islam go, try and Google "sharia law" and you will be aghast at the sadistic punishment that enforces those seemingly good morals of Muslims. Most Muslims have NO IDEA how violent and immoral their religion is at the fundamental level. Christians will only love you for sharing a different faith, or no faith at all. Muslims are told to kill those who do not convert to Islam. I personally believe that Satan despises good morals and feeds upon those who violate God's edicts. But, good question! Thought provoking, indeed! Peace

Satan is not against anything that can help him slip silently into your world without you even believing in him!

I agree! Muslims think Jesus did not die on the cross and that he will judge the world and send all Christians to hell for thinking Jesus was God made flesh and he left us his Holy spirit!

Jesus said he was the last prophet! Making Mohammad?

Yes I agree. Not PC but an honest veiw!

You know the answer to this question so please do try and give a better one. Satan Means stumbling block and over the centuries we have come to know that he is the ultimate evil.

Jesus the son of God came to warn us and tell us of how to overcome his snares, and Jesus being God the second person in the blessed trinity has a name that drives the evil one away.

Light and darkness cannot mix. Good and bad are not friends.

Satan is in favor of a man thinking his morals are good. The Bible teach's that we are not good that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. There is a way that seems right to a man and this way ends in death. It is not by our righteosuness we enter the kingdom of God it is only through the righteousness of Jesus that we come to the father.

Yes Satan is against Jesus. If we speak the Name of Jesus, he flees - he is a coward. Blessings to you.
