u can buy a bra with small bags in side them all you do is put it on as normal and you get a small pipe thing with it all you do is put it in the small and that pumps them up works everytime looks good with low cut tops.

Don't go for silicone anyway. If you experience problems later in life and have to get them removed, you're stuck with real messed up boobs:S Buy a wonder-bra and poke your chest out when you walk. Heh:) "Who needs boobs, whit an *** like this"<-- my favorite saying;)

Wear push up bras, padded bras. wear high neck or very low cut. or try to do exercise. I increased my breast size with exercise and now i fill up c cups^-^
