Hi. God does not look at us the way we look at people.

He sees our heart like an open book, all is uncovered and laid bare. He knows every intention and every thought, also he says in his word "you shall be held accountable for every word you speak" be that bad or good. Nothing is hidden from him,, ouch.

Upon receiving his salvation, he does say that we must accepts his son Jesus with a verbal confession...

"Everyone who CALLS on the name of the Lord will be saved" Romans 10:13

"If we CONFESS our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness" John 1:9

Our words have power, it is a gift that God has given us, that we too have the single most powerful tool, which is language. "we are created in his image"

If you have the ability to speak, yet chose to not say "you believe in God" this may can actually offend Gods heart. and act as a hindrance between us and God.

If you were mute, and unable to speak, thats ok as God looks more so on the heart. We can say whatever we like, but only Us and God knows if we really mean it sincerely.

hope this helps

He does know and He also wants us to say it out loud.
(Matthew 24:14) And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come.

(Matthew 28:19-20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded YOU. And, look! I am with YOU all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.”

God is the only one who knows what in your heart or what do you need before you ask. Remember how God know about the real intentions of the Egyptian Pharaoh who didn't want to let go Israel? God told to Moses do this and Pharaoh will let go my people tonight... God knew. So if want to pray to him, don't worry, pray believing that you've already received, have faith, he'll never leave you alone, and he always listens to you. God bless you.

God knows but we need to confess it to... say it out loud. See Romans 10:9-11.

Of course Allah knows what's in our hearts. I cannot go around saying that I believe in Him while deep down I don't thinking that I would fool Him, God forbids. But at the same time, it is allowed in Islam to keep your belief in your heart and be a muslim secretly and say otherwise if you know your life will be in danger whn you say it out loud.

If you personally beleive that God sent his only son to die for your sins and have repented of your own sins and asked him to be your lord and saviour. That is in your heart and announcing it out loud for others to know is great, but God knows your true feelings and beleifs and nothing will ever change that.

By definition God is all-knowing. Nothing needs to be told to him. Then why do people make such a show in prayer and meditation? This is for the individual. This is only to reinforce his own faith. God does not need this ever.

God Almighty, the creator of everything, is all knowing because He is infinite, omnipotent, and loving. Check out Genesis, Exodus, Psalms & Proverbs in the Bible.

God knows the heart of man, and those that Trust in Him. Psalm 107:2 Let the redeemed of the Lord say so.
Matthew 10:32 Therefore, whoever confesses Me before men, I also confess before My Father, who is in heaven.33; But whoever denies Me before men,him also deny before My Father who is in Heaven.

I think too, He wants you to walk the Faith & love one another,so they can see your light before men.
