HI all...
ok so this is what happened, i was trying a program call LOCK MY FOLDER. Everything was going fine untill i decided to uninstall it because it was useless...Anyway, My C drive now is locked out. And my D drive as well (c:\ is inaccessable - access denied)... i can delete or install anything.. plz plz plz plz help.....

If you are using Windows XP, do a System restore
Click Start, All Programs, Accessories/System Tools. System Restore.
Restore your computer to a date prior to installing that program

your best bet is to use a system restore to the dat you installed the software then everything dshould be ok. It sounds like its deleted a file thats needed by the system.

Reboot your computer , press F8 to choose to enter in safe mode, then do other things.

in my view you need to reinstall it again i think it will work
