Semen would be very visible on a black surface. The blood would only be noticable if you knew it was there probably. The blood could have a shine that makes it visible in certain light.

Why don't you try and cut yourself and also **** on the black surface and see for yourself?

blood would be dark red/brown; semen would be white...and yes they are visible

blood would be dark when dried and semen would be a milky color.
