ohh that is easy .... I use Arbonne.. they are rreally great botanically based products and formulatted without animal products and without mineral oils, without chemicals, without lots of terrible things .... they want to let us know of the importance to see and know what you are exposing your skin to... I have been using them for a while and just love them ... you can see the difference right away and feel the difference .... check them out and maybe ask for samples at http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com they also have this fatty acids supplement which helps with your skin as well as with your hair, nails and you are working with the inside so your outside with their products could actually take back time .. i dont' know maybe i love them too much but ask for samples so you could actually understand me .... you have nothing to loose ....

Mary Kay has a face care system called a miracle set. It shows a huge improvement in skin, repairs it, and has your sunscreen built in. The foundation that comes with it makes your skin glow. If you don't already have a Mary Kay lady, try marykay.com/tarahschoell

For dietary advice, take Vitamin E and drink lots of water. If you want better hair and nails, eat jello.

Eat healthy, exercise, use sun screen and don't smoke.

I live by the beach and some women here love the beach, but their skin looks like an old worn out leather bag by the time they're in their 40's.
We call then Sea Hags.

Lead a healthy life, no smoking, lots of fresh vegetables, fruit and water...try chemical or laser peelings at your dermatologist's, I've seen tremendous difference...always apply sunscreen, even if the sun is not out...use a moisturiser daily, but make sure it matches your skin type...if it's oily go for oil-free products. Avoid make-up if you don't need it and avoid the sun...good luck!
