it is possible. to answer a question with a question, all you have to say is " You just answered your own question."

To answer an answer with an answer, all you have to do is tell you opinion of the answer with an answer.

actually u cant answer to an answer but you can ask a question about an answer and have an answer to your question with a question that doesn't have an answer.

Actually when you "answer a question with a question, you don't actually answer the question, you just ask another question, therefore you never got an answer to your question.to begin with.
And no you can't answer with an answer cause you don't know the question in order to answer.
