There are a number of neurological conditions that could cause paralysis- "Myastenia Gravis", Guillene -Barrre, etc. Have you had your potassium rechecked 9sometimes its low due to a hormonal problem and not a dietary problem.
As far as your crohn's disease, are you on nay meds.
Also have you had your blood sugar checked?
Suggestion would be to get a full physcial evaluation by an internist.

good luck

Hi! I read your question. First, you have to go to a doctor quickly!!!
Sometimes a simply diet is not the solution. If you are telling that this is happening from the time you start the diet rich in potassium, it means that this diet is not healthy for you. Please do me a favor. Go the doctor and see what is going on. When you find out what is it, please write me and let me know. I will appreciate that. Have a nice day and God bless you always. :)

i would get to my primary care provider ASAP.you maybe overdid the potassium but im not sure about your high potassium intake has anything to do with it.if a doctor said to increase your potassium intake i really dont think he would have wanted you to eat bananas at every meal. too much can lead to other problems.

maybe your low potassium is acting up again...sometimes food is not adequate and you need regular potassium supplements, so go and see a doctor to get the potassium checked up
