Hi If you use a nicotine patch and smoke cigarettes at the same time you will greatly increase the nicotine level in your body causing severe nausea . I also had very bad sleep and totally frightening nightmares . also bad breath and a general feeling of wanting to be sick .

I was on the patches thought they were really great and i did try a cig at the same time as having a patch on and oh my god i felt sooooooo ill so i wouldn't try it if i was you.
Keep going with the patches for the 12 weeks or so, don't give up the patches untill the end thinking you can do it that's what i did and i started smoking again!! :(
p.s. it won't kill you or do you and serious harm.

What's the use of wearing a nicotine patch if you carry on smoking? You risk an overdose.

I wouldn't smoke and use the patch, if you do
you'll over dose on nicotine.use the patch as it should be used, I did it and stopped over two years ago after smoking for 52 years and it was hard and still is.

You can end up with a bit of a surprise in the back of your pants due to nicotine poisoning loosening your bowels rather unexpectedly.

it gives you a good head rush. if you still smoke eventually your violently sick off overdosing on nicotine. not a nice experience but the head rush is fun

You double your chances of getting cancer of the penis or testicular cancer. Handling cigs and patches means you end up with more tar etc (carcogenic)on your fingers and when you go to the loo !!!!
PS I recommend that girls don't allow their boyfriends near them if they smoke - Doesn't bear thinking about !!!

Apparently their 100% effective if placed over your eyes. Can't find the cigarette pack to smoke the bloody things.

you might feel a bit light headed and feel a bit sick but nothing really that bad trust me I tried them dam patches never stayed stuck for more than 1 hour
