The best way to cheer up your husband is to remove the causes of his unhappiness…
Without knowing what those causes are, it is difficult to know what to suggest to you.

A review of your previous questions shows that all bar one of those questions relate to motorcycles…
Perhaps you should buy a ‘tandem’ bike and go tripping together!

Be the best you can be for your husband and yourself…
Show him how much you love him, and how important he is to your life !!!

1) Food. Find his favorite food and make them.
2) Hugs and kisses and special sex
3) Gifts, buy something he wants but wouldn't buy for himself
4) massage
5) your happiness
6) ask him

Sometimes, I pack something unusual in his lunch, or slip a love note in there. I've also found that me being cheerful and happy makes him cheerful and happy. I try to make a point of thanking my hubby for all his hard work and for loving me and really talking him up to my friends and family. I love him and I want everyone to respect him. :-) Sometimes sex can cheer him up, or buying a special chemise, but if he is really stressed, sex might make things worse. You can try a massage or maybe plan a date night. Rent a movie he would like to see and picnic on the floor with dinner and candles. Remind him and yourself of why you love each other. When it comes down to it, you know him best and know what will cheer him up the most. :-) Good luck!

Spend time together. Sometimes doing things he likes to do makes them happy but, it all depends on what type of husband you have.

Give him a hug. Tell him how much you adore him. If he likes to reminisce, you can go down memory lane with him. Reflect on how you two met the fun things you did etc. Go on a picnic if possible.

I think we all agree that childhood was the best time of our lives. Ask his mother or grandmother for the recipe for his favorite food as a kid and surprise him with it. Complete the night going through year books, photo albums, etc. NOSTALGIA & COMFORT FOOD!

Slip little notes in his pockets, shoes, clothes drawers. Bring him coffee in bed before he even wakes up. Hug him out of the clear blue and tell him how handsome he looks right now. Just a start.............
