This question isn't even right.

American soldiers are not monsters, despite what you've been brainwashed into thinking. They have hearts, families and when they fight in a war, they are doing so under orders from someone else, not because they want to.

Yes, all Arabics man, woman, and child are considered human. Why would they be considered anything else? And just to be clear, the American soldier is not some heartless killing machine that only see Americans as human, they fight along side and protect several different cultural groups. The US Armed Forces are fighting along side Arabics right now. In my opinion as a member of the US Armed Forces, this is a stupid question that should have never been asked.

I am sure that any American soldier would consider a child a child no matter were they were from. American troops have a long reputation as being soft on kids. Look at how many children's homes were supported by American units in Korea and in Vietnam. The real question that you are asking is why children are killed by American fire in Iraq. The answer to that lies in the nature of the conflict. You might take a look at some of the crime scenes in the US for an answer. When madmen or women open fire from a house where children are staying sometimes, the police injure the kids while dealing with the madmen. I am sure that this has happened in any country you could name.
An insurgent operating in an urban environment is not going to engage in a stand up fight with a well-armed mobile force. They are going too hide among the people. They will do this for two reasons. One - to give cover and concealment to there force and Two - to provoke the death of the civilians that they are using for a shield. This allows them and their supporters to accuse the enemy of being child killers. This has been going on since at least the Napoleonic wars. When the Spanish fought an asymmetrical war against the French occupation forces. It is not limited to Christen nations either. You might want to take a look at the events in Hama on February 2, 1982. Syria is a Moslem nation. Evil is not limited to one religion. I was a medic in the US Army. When we took fire from a house, we returned the fire. I do not know of any military force that does it any differently. End of story.

Yes the American soldiers (people) consider Arabic children human. But when bad Arabic parents teach them to strap bombs to themselves and run through crowds and blow everyone and everything up things kinda change. Not all the Arabic children are being shot or killed or bombed, only those that are posing threats (ie having bombs strapped to them, carrying guns)! So do Arabic people not consider Americans humans? Arabic opinion please. Arabic people are killing US troops with bombs and guns. And don't forget Arabic people also flew planes into some buildings and killed US people! I'm not saying all Arabic people are bad, but don't accuse the whole US of being bad either. The troops over there are only killing those that threaten them!

The goal of the military is ALWAYS the dehumanizing of the enemy. That was Lt. William Calley's defense after the My Lai Massacre. They have made a science of it ... consider the cartoons of WWI and WWII, the more subtle psychological conditioning of Korea and Viet Nam, and now (as the occupation continues to drag on and on) Iraq and Afghanistan.
That's the intent. Fortunately, most American soldiers are less susceptible to this than formerly. But there are slack-jawed, vacant-eyed, empty-headed twits who are susceptible and thus do not view Iraqi children as human. Just a few, but that's too many, in my book.

Casey Anthony wouldn't have been sentenced to the dying penalty. killing somebody doesnt exchange something. If human beings ought to ascertain Casey Antony placed to dying, than they should look interior themself and re-examine there existence, becuase wishing dying upon somebody isn't what GOD might want. extremely pray for her to seek for the help she needs ( obvisouly somewhat some help!!! ) We cant draw lots hatred in the direction of human beings. i'm not asserting that Casey is harmless or responsible, i'm purely asserting that wishing dying on somebody is morally incorrect in GODS eyes..
