The only way is through a private individual, because NO lending institution will lend you money with bad credit. Good Luck.

Apply online at www.surefirefinance.co.uk they can help with Loans, Mortgages etc. for people with very bad credit history. I think with that sum of money you would have to be a homeowner and apply for a secured loan but i'm not sure.
Apply online and they will get back to you with what they can do.

Apart from lecturing you that if you have bad credit you shouldnt borrow more money, do a google search for loan with bad credit. There are loads of companies, I know Provident do for one.
If you have a house, take out a remortgage or get a secured loan, they are more likely to give you one with bad credit as they get your house if you default!

Do you have a 401k that you can borrow from. Banks will sometimes do collateral loans if you own any property of value.

join a credit union, invest £5k and thay will lend you £10k

get yourself more hours at work and pay off the debt you owe instead of getting more! i cant believe you seriously think getting in deeper is going to get you out of it? wake up and go to work!
