Mine did - 20 years ago.

With todays technology, I don't see how one could expect they won't.

Oh and dude, it so sucks to have bounty hunters kick in your door at 4 am...especially when you're innocent.

Of course it will show up, the question is...Will you get arrested and sent back??? Maybe, maybe not. Primarily depends on the crime. Is it worth it to pay to drag your sorry butt all the way back for some unpaid parking tickets?

The Warrant will set the conditions for which they will extradite. I have seen warrants where they won't even go more than one county away to get the person, much less to another state, so move 40 miles away and you are safe as long as you don't go near that county where you did the crime. We're talking about minor stuff here, like bouncing a $20.00 check. I have seen the other end of the spectrum as well, where they will extradite from anywhere to get the person back to answer charges.

Yes. No matter where you are at they will find you. Everything is listed in their system .It's called the NCIC. As soon as you get pulled over or have your license or state ID run through the system any warrants, tickets, complete driving record will show up . They also have another program that tacks you by SS#, so even if you move they can still track you as soon as you have utilities on or get a job. Best advice: get all legal matters with the court cleared up then move and have a fresh start with a clean slate.

Warrants from any state will show up in any state. The warrant will state where the issuing agency will extradite from. Depending on the seriousness of the warrant. The agency may extradite from the same county or same state only. Some warrants they will extradite nationwide for. If it's a misdemeanor warrant..chances are they won't go far for you.

information relevant to warrant are entered in the NCIC(national
crime information center) if you are ever stopped by the police
and your licence or name and dob is ran this information will
come back on you. likewise if you ever apply for a job that
requires a criminal history. if you are in another state other than
the one where the crime was committed then you can be
extradited unless the crime is minor and the state does not
feel it is worth the trouble to pick you up.

It will show up if the warrant has been posted to NCIC (National Crime Information System). However they probably would not try to extridite you for a bench warrant.
