Yes, It is definitly worth taking a multi-vitamin. Especially if you are a woman of child bearing age. Many women do not get enough folic acid and this can cause birth defects. Also a multivitamin helps keep you healthy. I can tell a difference when I miss my daily dose. However, make sure you don't over do it. You only need one a day unless your docotor reccommends another vitamin. I have been using a multivitamin since I was about 17 or 18 years old.

Our diets are not like they should be unless you are eating fresh vegetables, grains, and meats. Anything processed loses vitamin and mineral potency.
On top of that, most people don't eat everything that they need.
So, research and find a food supplement that has the best processes behind it. You may pay a little more, but they would digest better and be utilized better than a less expensive, manufactured pill
If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

yes it is worth taking multivitamin. nowadays, because of our lifestyle we like to d things in a hurry, we seldom take time to prepare healthy food. we normally eat fast food meals. but its not packed with all the right nutrients our body needs to function well. they say you are what you eat. so our diseases come from what we eat. for example we happen to be high in cholesterol, then part of it because our diet is high in cholesterol. so if you think ur diet is not packed with all the right nutrients for our daily activities, then taking food supplement is the best choice. besides our body cannot make or supply us with all the nutrients, for example, our body cannot make its own vit c, so taking vit c supplement is best.
