Age difference does not matter but the question is- Do u like him?
And second thing u said u had talked to him only once! So do u know him very well! If u like him and r interested in a relation with him ,first find out mre 'bout this guy,ok!And wait for him to ask u out !
But seeing u r in 8th only ,i would still suggest u to concentrate on studies! u have plenty of time for these things!ok!
