This country has gone to the dogs. In manchester about 2002 the police removed one romanian family from which reduced pick pocketing by more the half in the city centre.
It true there are loads of immigrants working in the N.H.S but these extra staff are needed only to serve the extra immigrants, asylum seekers and illegals.
estimated at conservative (500,000) each year since labour have been in office not to mention so called N.H.S tourist (relatives of immigrants who come over for a so called hoilday then all of a sudden relise they had an eye catarak).
Then you have millions of pounds wasted on police oparations aimed on international gangs trading women, credit card fraud and don,t fogett ten's of millions tracing are good old freinds the so called BRITISH islamic terrorist.
In the time its took this country to have its first islamic soilder killed in action and only one (afghanestan) we have produced 6 suicde bombers, 2 in isreal 4 in london. That figure would be a lot higher if it werent for are sercurity force stopping 4 or 5 oparations ( more money) what a great ratio and advertisment that is for more immigrants.
yes we do have problems with some natives in this counrty so why the hell do we want to import it as well. lets use some of that wasted money on are own people i know to some people that like swearing but for god sake (or is that allah) lets give it a try.

this country has lost it identity we have had wave apon wave of immigration from the 50's onwards. we have lost are direction its o.k for someone to pick an apple of a tree as the tree will be there for other more needy later but to uproot the tree spoils it for everyone. we will become them, not them become us. Then where will the next wave of immigrants go that are fleeing backward islamic states.

THIS IS NOT RACISM AS SOME PEOPLE BANG ON ABOUT, YOU KNOW THE ONE'S THE IDIOTS WHO ARE STATE ROBOTS. THE ONES THAT BELIVE ALL THE LIES THAT THE GOVERNMENT TELL US ON HOW GREAT THEY ARE FOR THIS COUNTRY.

IT'S TIME TO BE LOUD AND PROUD

I CAN SEE HOW MR BI-CURIOUS SORRY MR CURIOUS GOT A JOB WITH IMMIGRATION, I SUPPOSE YOU JUST TELL THEM THAT IF THEY SLEEP WITH YOU THEY WILL GET IN AS WELL THEN. IMMIGRANT GIVEN IMMIGRANTION OFFICER JOB AGAIN I SUPPOSE.

Yes there's a problem. Renting a small apartment is extremely expensive inside the cities - where most jobs are. I have many friends who simply cannot afford it - so they have no choice but to rely on the council finding them a home, and they often forced to wait years before they eventually get one. Even if they grew up in the area. Unfortunately there just doesn't seem to be enough homes to cover all the newcomers coming in as well. The UK is only an island - it doesn't have infinite amounts of free space available. Maybe it's time they limited every family or single person to owning just ONE house each. That would probably make more sense. :-)

Richard H - you're a dick!
You've no idea how hard the working class are being hit in some areas.

I come form a working class area and now work in affluent Surrey in middle management for local government. My job is to look at demography and plan for the future.
Two things are evident form the statistics.
Very many working class people have suffered because of unrestricted immigration.
Immigration is happening on such a scale that public service and socvial cohesion are suffering.

To Abel : What rubbish! Of course some people migrate because of economic reasons, how do you explain the recent influx of people form Eastern Europe...they're certainly not fleeing oppression are they! And what about 100s of 1000s of Indians who have moved here? Fleeing persecution or setting up in a country with a higher quality of life?

I don't see how the NHS problems can be blamed on immigration, although it sounds like a good excuse.

Without advocating this. How can the NHS succeed when we go against nature and breed all sorts of illnessess back into society.
On top of this expectations are increasing, cures are increasing, costs are increasing, demand is increasing; and people don't want to pay anymore. As well is this there is not a sufficient culture of getting it right first time, because where healthcare is concerned this is an enormous cost.

The only solution is pay more taxes, pay a fixed charge when you see the doctor like we already do for drugs, or go the private insurance route. But we need more money unless something is radically changed.

As for the police, you can't police or jail society into becoming good. It's more of an issue for the whole of the population.

Nobody can take your national identity away from you.

i think you've found your cause.you've hit the nail on the head.i've got a few comments to add: why cant we fly the st georges flag in the uk anymore, without it being rascist?why cant teenagers wear hoodies in shopping centres, but other religions can wear burkhas? why is it when an english person hits a person of a different colour, its a rascist attack, but vice versa and its not? why do us british get turned down for jobs, but immigrants come into the country and walk into a job very easily? how come i have to buy my clothes from ebay, but they walk around in designer clothes, and claim poverty? i could go on but i wont because guaranteed i'll get some abuse from what i've wrote already. i think i've made my point.illegal immigration has caused uproar.

people migrate to another country not for the purpose of enjoyment or to make trouble on the the people of that host country. Rather they become immigrants when they are forced to live their beloved country or home. Why? Due to political and economic oppression. When they are scared and harrassed or frustrated by the dictators of their state the find a way out to save their life in democratic states like the UK and other western countries.

So please under stand their structural oppression and acomodate their human value instead of alienating as the dictators do in their home.

failed integration may have caused some of these problems. I don't see the link to the NHS and too many vehicles (the average age is getting higher and people get wealthier), but the connection to crowded jails, racist problems in the police force, people being scared to say what they think and a deminishing national identity, yes, there may be an influence.

But even once you are sure about this, do you have a solution ?

Our nations identity was not only lost but stamped into the dirt by successive overly liberal governments allowing us to be used as the dustbin of europe for immigration. As a people we are far to naive and abide by the eu rules that none of the other eu nations such as france and spain want to. i disagree with roxy who slated Margerat Thatcher, she was the strongest leader we'd had since Winston churchill, she stuck up for britain over europe stopped them brushing us aside and treading us underfoot, and elevated us as a global power again. during the sixties and seventies of labour rule britain had slipped into a country that couldn't collect its own rubbish every industry was striking because of the corrupt unions and we were a laughing stock. a lot of her good work has been undone in the last ten years surprise surprise by a Labour government, immigration is out of control, crime and violence are common on every street and yet we are expected to brace ourselves for even more. I know where my vote is going next election I just hope that the non chav, bleeding heart few that are left in this country will vote similar.

Immigration, is obviously contributing, but it is mainly the following groups that are responsible for destroying Britain. Left wing government, left wing TV media, feminism with its anti-male and anti family agenda, equality and racial organisations, europhiles with their odious "Human Rights Act", Guardianistas, left leaning teachers/lecturers, anti-capitalists, climate change obsessives, minority rights groups who have effectively suppressed the majority population. A bloated inefficient public sector. The police force have become politicised by lefties and PC nutters.

You should ignore the comments of the following respondents, they are the problem not the solution. Roxy, dave, wcreevy, jh, chintot, abel m, richard h, mr curious, kobie 65. The problem has become too severe to listen to these types of opinions anymore. It is the usual regurgitated tripe spewed out by lefty educationists and the TV media.

Yes, at least in part. It isn't immigration but illegal immigration that causes the problems. Here in the states we too have a problem with illegal immigration. You do not have to be racist to understand that if people come to your country not understanding the language and not working on the books you end up with problems. Too many children who must be educated and must be taught English, too many Moms having babies with no money to pay the hospital, too many cars without insurance, too many gangs. So yes part of the problems in the UK and the US are caused by immigration.
