Always have cinnamon in my house - favourite spice and have it with so many things.
I have a jar of cinnamon sugar ready to sprinkle on pancakes, potato or pumpkin fritters;
it's fantastic added into the topping when making fruit crumble and good added to the fruit itself - especially pears;
home-made cinnamon ice cream is THE thing to have with french apple tart;
and of course biscuits/cookies - a lovely buttery, cinnamon biscuit that I always make for Halloween and Christmas.
I guess, what to have with cinnamon is only limited by your own taste!

ooh cinnamon rocks. I put it in everything! Most everything. The obvious that everyone stated...apple pie, pumpkin pie, pancakes, french toast...last night I put a sprinkle in my chili. I went to a fish fry one time...they had put just a smidge of cinnamon on the fish...it's really really good. If not used in sweet things, ya don't want to use as much of course. It's incredible though. :) Happy Cooking!

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum, synonym C. zeylanicum) is a small evergreen tree.Cinnamon bark is widely used as a spice. It is principally employed in cookery as a condiment and flavouring material, being largely used in the preparation of some kinds of desserts, chocolate and spicy candies and liqueurs.Cinnamon is also used as an insect repellent.this is the best thing i like.

BANANAS FOSTER (for two)- In a frying pan, 1 tbsp Butter, 3 tbsp Brown sugar and two bananas sliced length wise and halved. Cook on moderate heat adding rum and a pinch of CINNAMON until bananas soften and the sauce begins to thicken (Caramelize). Remove from heat and serve over Vanilla ice cream (in large red wine glasses is nice) and serve immediately.

You guys have got it all wrong!!
Peaches in syrup over vanilla ice cream sprinkled with cinnamon. THAT is the best thing with cinnamon!!

A cream made with milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, when is done the point is when the mixture cover a wood spoon, not let boil, you put cinnamon on top, it is delicious is my country is called milk POL EADA

all i can tell you is that apple with sugar and cinnamon tastes sooooooooo good ! Just put it in the microwave and it tastes delicious.
