I'm in the middle of doing that myself, but with my baby weight.
I alternate a cardio (for weight loss) workout and a toning (for muscles) workout every other day. Monday, Wednesday and Friday I focus aerobics and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I do pilates. (break on Sunday). I just bought some videos off of Amazon.com. And then, of course, a healthy diet.
It seems to be working well. After 6 weeks I notice a good difference. I haven't lost any poundage, but what i've got looks much better! Good luck!

If you don't mind exercise, maybe you can give hot yoga a shot. Search hot yoga online and I am sure you can find all the info you need. I tried hot yoga about three months ago and since then I lost about 16 ponds.
I practiced hot yoga twice a week, stayed away from fried foods and anything sweet. The best thing about this routine is that I never felt hungry since I got to eat tons of low-fat veggie and water-boiled or grilled meat or seafood. With the help of hot yoga, my fat kind of just melt away.

well you have a good outlook losing weight slowly is alot better and also stays off longer ..There are several things that you need to change one is diet just eat healthy also add cardio start walking every day build up slowly to about 45-60 mins plus add weight training lean muscle burns more calories and its good for your bones.good luck you made the first step now follow through
