Go to a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. Believe me, you aren't the only one wanting to have those things removed so these guys have plenty of experience in removing them.

All these people want a tattooed removed...I really wonder what these people were thinking of!!!! I'm sure...VERY SURE that they where told over and over again that they are permanent. Yes...you can have them lasered off, but you will pay AT LEAST 5 times more than what you paid to have it put on. Plus there will be skin discoloration afterwords!!! I guaranteed that. My advice to anybody and especial the young 18 - 25 yrs old who is thinking about getting their 1st tattoo. It there's a tattoo you like to have on, wait 1 year and if your still just as interested in it after a year...then get it. Then I highly recommend NO names of boy/girl friends or husbands, cause tattoos out last relationships... generally speaking. Last but not least get something thats meaningful to you, preferably a life experience. Just because you might like butterflies today doesn't mean you might like monkeys 10 years from now and have no interest in butterflies anymore. I have 49+ tattoos and I have to wear long sleeve shirts at work, but if I get fed up enough...I'll look for another job!!!

I am currently looking into this as well. I have heard of "TatGoneInk" and I'm going to check out a tattoo artist that uses it. It's just like getting a tattoo, but using a different pigment that draws the ink out. Most artists do it for lightening up cover up work or removing unwanted tats- Check out their website, it has a link to show you who does it in your area.

I would consult your local dermatologist clinic. It would be the most approiate action since the are use to dealing with skin problems and correction. The dermatologist clinics are listed in the yellow pages.

You have to go to a tattoo parlor and have it lazored off. Or just wear collared shirts to work.
