bye beautiful and try to think of me from time to time (it's 'pensarmi' thou, 'pesarmi' is weigh me :-)

I would say
Bye beautiful and be sure to think of me from time to time as the nearest equivalent to what was probably said - Maroc hs corrected the Italian spellings already!

probably there is an N missing in "pensarmi", so it should be:
"bye sweetie and try to think about me sometimes"

otherwise, literally it says
"bye beautiful and try to weigh me every now and then"

got it frm google language tools: iguess hes tryin 2 say sth specific...like sth which is a common thing 2 say but it means sth diff.
