Well, after reviewing the php.net web site (the place for php), I did not see a true php.net (or php that directly addresses the .net framework) as a branded item called php.net. There are several fans of PHP. I have worked in PHP, ASP, and ASP.NET and personally prefer ASP.NET myself. This argument is one that is just as devided by fans of Linux versus Windows.
