please realize i am not a dentist.... but the bad smell from your mouth, if you brush your tongue and teeth and the rest of your mouth properly is most likely coming up from your stomach. if it persists, it would be an excellent idea to go see your dentist or family doctor since some diseases can cause a sweet smell to the breath or a malodorous smell. good luck

gargle with a dilute solution of water and a few drops of tea tree oil,dont drink any ,should help if its a mouth thing.
As the others have said may be a stomach/general health thing so see doctor to be sure..
Remedys suggested do not imply efficacy as personal use is beyond anyones control..

You can try using a tongue brush. They really work. You use the instrument thereby wiping off the excess stuff off your tongue. You can brush your tongue with a toothbrush but this works better. Trust me. They cost around 3 bucks. That, mouthwash, and mints or gum. No dentist needed.

Brushing your tongue may help with a Listerine. But if you have really bad teeth you may have Periodontitis. This will make you have really bad breathe. Go to the DSS

get your self some bacterial mouth wash that should sort it
