You don't say where theyse spots are or what they look like. If you are blotchy, my guess would be you are doing unhealthy things to lose weight, like not eating, or eating so poorly you aren't getting what your body needs to stay healthy. Nicole Ritchie isn't a good example of a healthy body; she's way under weight and looks lke she's sick. Too skinny is not attractive. If your knees are bigger than your thighs, that's too skinny.

I agree with Anuja B. But there is a way to lose weight but stay healthy. However, being as thin as Nicole Ritchie is probably an unhealthy goal anyway. Too thin looks sad and unhealthy to me. But you can still be slender. Have you read a book called French Women Don't Get Fat? I loved it cos she explains how to eat what you want without feeling guilty or deprived, and you'll lose weight slowly - nothing drastic. I've just eaten some dark chocolate and I don't feel a speck of guilt, I enjoyed every second of it. Her theory is that if you eat smaller portions, then you can eat what you want.

Therefore, you can maintain a healthy balance of variety in what you eat, and still lose weight. Enjoy!

Because you are already UNDERweight. If you want to look like Nocole Richie you need to basically deprive your body of nutrients. If you want to be a skeleton with skin on it you will be missing out an essential nutrients that your body needs in order to function properly. That is why you get spots. Eat some food for crying out loud!

If you don't start worrying about caring for your body and put all your efforts into starving yourself, you will suffer severe organ failure, skin problems, hair loss and a slew of other nasty health problems. Read up on some basic nutrition and biology and you will understand that you are devestating your body.

Your obsession with losing weight means you miss out valuable nutrients in your diet. My 17 year old daughter is just the same and won't accept that it is a transient problem, hormone linked to her age, too.
Eat well, don't overdo it, keep up that water and try being happy with how you are.
It's the only miracle you need.

this is beacuse dear, wen u try to loose weight u eat less thus depriving ur body of essential nutrients.like our body, our skin also need nutrients to look good ,to look beautiful.but wen u dont give these essential nutrients to them, they start looking pale.
so my idea wud be not to deprive ur body of anything.u can loose weight by healthier means too.go to gym,eat healthy, have juices and avoid junk.
