um .. ok . whenever he sees me , he'll start scratching his head , and he'll blush and try to start a topic with him . i like him very much . and he'll look at me all the time . and whenever our eyes meet , he look away shyly and start blushing and smiling to himself .... if he likes me . should i confess ?

It's obvious he like you! You shouldn't be surprised if he has a poster with you in his room... Go to him and ask him out first, because he is obviously to shy to make the first step, then tell him how much you like him. Best of luck!

if you don't mind being the one that starts the confessing, do it. No harm at all, and the possibilities that he also likes you is quite high, based on what his reaction to you.
but I am just a little worried...for a guy to be that shy, how should this relationship continues...hopefully he would change for the better when you two are together

Ask yourself "Is this your so-called love really TRUE LOVE or juz INFATUATION" ?
If he does like you, both of you are known to be "in love". But is this "love" of yours based merely on physical appearances. How well do both of you know abt each other?
There are many factors to consider before you should really proceed, because I'm sure that you would want a lasting relationship. Thus, it's important not to look at things juz on the surface.

liking someone is 1 thing while preparing to go into a relationship as a bf and gf is another - the latter being more sensitive.
if you are still schooling, it is not advisable to have a bgr. else, if you are working, it is time to start preparing to find a bf before settling down.
important note is that when you decide to commit to a relationship, it is also a sign you and your bf might likely settle down in the near or not-too-far future.
if one of you, either you or him, is not ready to start a family, it is best not to commit to a bgr and instead remain as friends.
a relationship involves feelings of the heart and conscious and subconscious mind.
and sex before marriage will ruin lots of things.
only confess your liking to him if he and you are both ready to start a commitment in both bgr and starting a family.

no...don't confess...you as a female are the chooser. make him make the first move. in my years of experience...if a guy's really, REALLY into you, no matter what...he WILL make the first move.
