There is no medication that can target specific fat sites....ie: stomach. A healthy diet (including complex carbohydrates, lean protein, fruits and vegetables) and an increase in physical activity (ie: exercise) are the most important part of any weight-loss regimen. However, there are some medications on the market that can assist in weight loss. The over the counter "weight-loss" aids generally contain a diuretic or laxative which causes you to lose some water weight (not a long-term solution). Prescription medications can be appetite suppressants (eg: Ionamin, Tenuate), stimulants (eg: Meridia, Desoxyn) or fat blockers (eg: Xenical). These medications can have some serious side effects, but may be a short term "boost" for some people. It is important to weigh the risk vs. benefit for each individual person.

The best way is through diet and exercise. There are some products on the market that claim to reduce body fat. But they have not been studied well, and are not regulated by the food and drug administration. If you really want to try a medication, I would talk to your doctor first. And you can also do a Google search for the type of product you are looking for.
