Need to know the right (good) ways to deal with hypocrite people in work and how to help them change to good.

Ignore them, the only person you can change is yourself.
Set an example by not being like them and show them how positive you are.

i think a little mild suggestions and setting a good example yourself helps. When she does something wrong, say "my friend so and so did this" and state how that affected others. Just remember, you can't help a person change for good, unless they want to change first.

Maybe it's not up to you to make them change - accepting people's differences and who they are even if you don't agree with everything they do will make you a better person.

Who are you to judge these people? What does that make YOU? It isn't your job to change these people. Maybe the person that needs to change is you. You were hired to do a job. I think changing people's personalities are not in your job description. Just do what you are suppose to do and stay out of the office social scene.

Just try to avoid them.You really can't change thier attitude or behaviour just by talking to them.You have to touch them from within.Do something that will move them.You just have to be very very quiet and calm and the most important thing of all "PATIENT".

Your wasting your time. People have to see themselves for whom they are and want to change. Don't sweat the small stuff.

Save yourself some major aggravation. Leave it alone, you can't change them there probably republican anyway. No reasoning will ever work for them. It's there way or no way even if they are WRONG !!!! THEY WILL NEVER ADMIT IT.

If they are fat and hypocritical, then you could shout "HIPPO-CRIT" at them. That might shut them up!
