Just talk to them. About anything. That's how I found out the guy of my dreams thinks I'm the girl of his. You never know until you talk to them. If it doesn't work then it just means they weren't as great as you thought. Look again. It's trial and error but I promise your perfect mate is out there somewhere. Why not just try to find them instead of labeling someone you obviously haven't been around too much as a dream. It might turn out to be just that so see where a conversation takes you.

its easy to say just go up and talk to him --- say hello and if is interested he will say hello back and you may be able to start a conversation
easy to say hard to do --- other than be yourself when you talk its probably the most difficult thing to do in a relationship -- the first contact
