Unfortunately, there isn't a way to create wine without fermentation. The fermentation is what creates the alcohol for all kinds of drinks (hard liquor is distilled afterward). The fermentation process is actually the yeast eating the sugars in whatever is being brewed and creating the alcohol as a result. Try it, you may well like the results, if not the waiting.

Completely impossible. Wine is Fermented Grape (or Fruit ) juice.

You don't. Wine is made *by* fermentation.
If it's not fermented, it's not wine. It's like saying "I want to make a loaf of bread without baking it."

Now you could add vodka or brandy to grape juice and *call* it wine...but that doesn't make it wine.
