You can try your local pet rescue centres, i.e RSPCA, Battersy
Although having a quick look on the web search I have found Sussex Pet Rescue have an 11month old Beagle looking for a new home in the guestbook section........QUOTE "I HAVE A 11 MONTH OLD BEAGLE DOG WHO I NEED TO REHOME "
Be persistant keep ringing around centres - leave your details in case a BEAGLE comes in.
GOOD LUCK - FINGERS CROSSED - HAPPY ADOPTING!

When you say 'rescue' do you mean jumping into a burning building to rescue it, or diving into the sea to rescue it? If so, I have no idea. However if you want to know where you can adopt an adult beagle from a rescue centre, then contact the beagle club and ask them who is the coordinator for the rescue near you and put your name on the list. You will have to have a home check, and pay a fee of course and they will match the dog to your needs if you pass the checks.
They don't generally have puppies though. No breeder pays a stud fee, cares for the female, pays vet fees, worms and defleas the puppies and then gives the whole litter to a rescue centre, so if you want a puppy, I suggest asking the beagle club for a list of breeders in your area.

Try a lab where they test dogs (like for flea collars and pet medication). They use miniature beagles and will adopt them out when the study is done. The dogs are usually 1-2 years old.

HELLO...
Can I suggest Battersea Dogs Home.
They have some mant different breeds of dogs there all in desperate need of a new home.
If London is too far for you to travel call ur local Dog Shelter.
I LOVE BEAGLES. They are sooo cute and I think the name Bailey really suits them. x
GOOD LUCK

Are you wanting to adopt a beagle because they're cute? if so, think again, beagles are hard to train, very impulsive. I've always had beagles, and they really need LOTS of patience.

Try your local RSPCA, they take in all sorts of dogs (among other animals) and I am sure they would be glad to re-home a dog. You might have to prove that you're capable of giving it a good home. Hope this helps.
