Eat 2-4. trust me they kick in. coffee always does the trick with me. drink plenty of water if you donlt mind water, Stay away from bananas,rice, apples and toast as well as
cheese. These are all binding foods. I worked in a hospital as a cook and prep chef. For the older residents we would make a special mixture for constipation...1 cup bran flakes, 1/4 cup applesauce, 1/2 cup prune juice and a dash of cinnomen.(applesauce is for taste)mix together (taste better then it sounds) don't eat it all at once. try a tablespoon or two
