i chopped up 2 onions on monday night. since then i have scrubbed my hands about 100 times have had 1 bath and 3 showers but my hand still stinks and i can smell onion everywhere!!!! It's put me off onions forever!!

Rub lemon juice into your hands! it works with all sorts of odours particularly onions and garlic.

Rub lemon or salt on your hands, let it sit there then wash it off with warm water, repeat if necessary. Works for me - I chop onion and garlic a lot (love italian food)

Hi there

My wife burns lemongrass in a room burner for 20 mins keeping the doors and windows closed.

Also mix together 5 drops of lemongrass with some carrier oil and massage into your hands.

Lemongrass always gets rid of unpleasant odours and smells

Stick the onions in the fridge for a couple of hours before cutting them. This won't cure your present problem but will stop it happening again.

A handfull of Salt....rubbed with a little water.
after that Rub your hands with Pure lemon juice.

thinly peel an orange and rub into hands also if room smells of onion put orange peel into bowls
