Of course it is acceptable, but why would you want to go out alone to clubs, pubs and the movies if not to meet other people, maybe you have no real feelings for your partner, this is what I think, you play and someone will get hurt. I was married and this happened to me, speaking from experience, now my 6 year old son is a statistic from a broken home.

umm i been in a relantionship for a yr & a half, and i still dont go to movies, clubs, etc. by myself.
