I once made one of cotton balls for my daughter. She was a lamb, it could work for a bunny also, I took leotards and a t-shirt and glued cotton balls all over it with elmers glue. And a toboggan, made ears cut out of paper plate. You could just shape the ears like a rabbit or a lamb and cover it with cotton balls. You could spray the balls black for a black sheep & use a black shirt and leatard.

If you wanted to spend a lot of time you could paper mache an egg large enoug to fit the body, maybe you could find something else at a store, any way glue the egg shells all over it (lthat would take a lot of egg shells!!! Cut out the arms & legs & head. Split it down the sides so it could go on the body, poke holes down the edges and once you place it on the body use ties of some kinds to hold it back together.

You could take rafia and mak a hula skirt hat, rings for the wrist and ankles. glus some on a bathing suit top for a girl. paint the face etc.

a plain black bin liner with holes cut for hands and head, all different types of rubbish taped on(crisp packets, bottle tops, old receipts)anything really that shows the abundance of rubbish we have on this planet. a small sign made from soft cardboard could be put around the childs neck with a reference to the waste lying about our streets... need to be catchy slogan though!! no cost involved in this appart from the tape!! simple enough for kids to be involved in.
