That's a large part of what is wrong in America today. Too many people interested in themselves; today and only what they can see that might benefit them rather than doing the right thing.
Employers should be required to provide a list of names and personnel files of all employees not on the job when the INS visits. Might sound a bit over the top but I am tired of seeing so many people doing the wink and a nod or the blind eye tricks.
Our civil servants need the help of honest citizens before they can effectively do their jobs. Not more obstructionism.

Since I have compassion for the less fortunate, I would out of compassion and as another answerer said do what's right, what if you had a cleaning person & she had another job, which it is the case many times and she was taken, it takes a long time to trust someone all over again, and this person is like part of my home/life.

No, I wouldn't. If I knew for sure they were illegal, I'd call INS myself! They knew the consequence of working here illegally, and they chose to make that decision. That is their responsibility.

We don't have any illegal workers here. But we do, on occasion, have a group of INS officers who are in training stay with us. (I work in a hotel)

Your question said "your workplace" probably meaning ",My workplace" as in I am the boss. I wouldn't hire illegals anyway. Not that I don't want immigrants in America, but I would rather keep my business going within the law, and give what ever US citizen who wants a job, a job. No moral dilemmas here...

No, I would not alert them. They came to my company and got 68 of them. Now the jobs are filled with legal citizens.

No I would not.
I would not have been the one who called it in, but I think we need to enforce our laws, whatever we ultimately end up deciding to do with those here. I think the idea that it is not fair to enforce laws that we need to protect our schools for our own children is an idea in desparate need of changing.

No, if they want to live here, they should do the things necessary to live here legally. They are a drain on the economy!!!
