Now that all depends what calendar you use. Using the Gregorian calendar, we generally have 365 days in the year. Every 4th year is a leap year in which case there is an extra day February 29 making it 366 days. Every year that is divisible by 4 is a leap year. Therefore the next leap year will be 2008. (2008/4 = 502).

There is a slight exception to this. If the year is divisible by 100 (but not 400) then it is not a leap year. So 2000 was a leap year, but 2100, 2200, 2300 will not be leap years. Because they are divisible by 100 (but not 400).

Now the calendar you are thinking of is not the gregorian calendar, it is the Jewish Calendar. They follow the lunar cycle rather than the solar cycle. The moon revolves around the earth every 29.5 days. So their months are either 29 or 30 days long. This means that compared to our calendar of 30 or 31 days long they miss out about 11 days every year. Therefore, every so often (7 times in a 19 year cycle) a "leap month" called Adar I is added before the regular month of Adar. The regular Adar gets renamed to Adar II. Now we have a year with 13 months. Therefore that year will have approximately (13x29.5) 384 days in it.

Here is a site with more information: http://www.jewfaq.org/calendar.htm

Of course you could also do a http://google.com search on Adar II and see what you come up with.

Hope this helps.
