Why not from their official site? I suggest not using IE7 as it's still not matured web browser yet. Try seamonkey, firefox or opera.

Download and Install eMule, its just a 3-4MB s/w. It is a P2P s/w. Search on it and you will definitely find it there. But let me tell you 1 thing, if u are installing IE 7, its will check for your Windows XP genuinity. It will proceed only if your Windows installation is a Genuine one.....

have you ever tried utilising firefox or opera and seeing if the comparable happens, if it doesnt take place then use firefox or opera, somebody suggested ie7 is in basic terms for vista, what rubbish, ive have been given ie7 on my computer working xp and it hasnt iced up like the OPs, you cant uninstall ie as its part of domicile windows, use firefox for now
