When you have your menstrual period, you may get mild to bad menstrual cramps or pain in your abdomen or back. You may also have nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, a headache, or lightheadedness. Some or all of these problems may start a day or two before your menstrual period and last for part of or all of your menstrual period. if it gets real bad, you may want to consult a doc.

Yeah its normal... think about it, lots & lots & lots of hormones are coming in & out of ur body. EuCK!! Sometimes when i'm on my period, i don't eat anything for 2 days. Just a jamba juice or something light like salad. Cause everything else makes me hurl. However, if this nausea is making u throw up and making u loose weight at a dangerous rate or making u weak... go to the DR. cause it could be something totally different. As a matter of fact i would make an appointment just to be safe than sorry. good luck

depending on your age from teenager to mid twenties yes that is normal but there are a number of reasons for nausea during your period if you use tampons could be reaction to them swelling inside the vaginal walls you may want to visit your gynecologist to see if you may have a cyst on your ovaries or fallopian tube if you take birth control may be a reaction to that best advise is to see your Dr. and discuss with them your symptoms and your options for treatment just concerned female

yup, I alwasy feel sooooooo sick when I have mine. If you get on the pill you feel tons better when you have your period though. If you are too young for that, try drinking soda or tea! The caffeine helps SO much.

good luck!
