Yes, unfortunately because it is a sign of aging - Like the way gray hair would make an individual look older. Some genetics have people balding & turning gray in their early to mid-twenties.
That's why many guys just shave it all off once they start getting receeding hair lines.

I think it can definately have that effect. People will generally think you are older at first glance if you are balding, but there are some effective treatments for baldness. If you are completely bald or have a shaved head it doesn't really make you look any older, it's just a different style.

yes my brother is bald his only 27 years old but he looks 45 years old some even taught his my dad cause of his bald head but i told him to wear a wig so that solve his problem of being a bald guy

no necessarily...i have a friend who is a guy in his 30s..he is bald but he looks around the 20s..i guess, the attitude also contributes to his 'youthfulness'.

yes I think it does to a certain degree, but some people will look the same. I suggest just shaving your whole head so noone will know the difference.
