Well, we are all 'addicted' to food---we don't eat, we die.

If you are a serious over-eater/binge eater, and have tried simpler methods and have been unsuccessful, some people have had luck with the new SSRIs that help people control compulsive behavior. Wellbutrin is one that has had success with treating compulsive eating and smoking.

Did you know alot of the time if you think your hungry or feel hungry your actually thirsty/dehydrated. So maybe change the food for drink and that doesn't mean alcholic drinks either.

One side effect you'll be going to the toilet alot more.

Overeaters Anonymous has a great track record. It is a 12 step program. You don't have to go on a diet. Don't even have to lose weight if you don't want to.
