I think the "no count" part is a way of telling you not to count how much money you are wasting!
Cut out bread, use skimmed milk, stop drinking fruit juice, and eat fruit as a snack and you will lose weight. do some excercise to! You don't need weight watchers to tell you any of this.
Now that will be £5 a month for ever please!

You are talking about "core", It is OK it just depends on what sort of foods you like. The core list is composed of things used on the Atkins or South Beach Diet. I have been doing points for a long time and I have lost a good amount of weight but I think which plan you choose is up to you.

i've done weight watchers on and off for years but stil prefer the points. That way i know exactly what i'm eating!
In classes, the no count has good results but i think its just what you get use to!
Good luck

Just excersize - Don't worry about diets. The best diet is to eat fruits, veggies and drink lots of water followed by excersize!
